If you are unable to use a phone to scan the QR code, please complete and submit this form. Your card balance will then be emailed to the address provided.
Note: Jassby Trip Cards are temporary debit cards assigned to travelers. The cards are not associated with personal Jassby accounts, and cannot be linked to a registered personal account. |
