Jassby Trip Cards may be added to Apple, Google, and Samsung wallets. While this feature offers modern convenience, please note that the physical card remains a vital part of your journey.
Why You Must Retain the Physical Card
Even after adding the card to a mobile wallet, the physical card should never be discarded and should be in your possession at all times. Here is why:
- Funds Security: Discarding the card poses a risk; if found, the physical card can still be used by others to access available funds.
- Balance, Transaction, PIN, and Funds Expiration Visibility: The QR code on the back is the only way for you to view your current balance, upcoming allotments, past transactions, PIN, and funds expiration.
- Merchant Acceptance: While mobile wallets are common, small businesses and local vendors may still require a physical card for payment.
- Backup for Phone/Mobile Wallet Inaccessibility: If the phone is not available or the battery dies, the physical card ensures you are not left without payment options.
Keep in Mind:
- Prior to adding the Trip Card to your mobile wallet, you should scan the QR code and keep the Balance App tab open on your phone. Refreshing the tab will provide you with the updated balance and transaction history.
- If you are using your mobile wallet, you should ensure that your phone is charged at all times.
- For Google Wallet only, an address is required. You may use your own address.
